For personal injury, property damage and resulting financial losses that are asserted before courts in the USA or that are based on a breach of US law, insurance cover exists only in the following cases: participation in or performance of business trips; participation in trade fairs, exhibitions or events; indirect exports of products or services to the USA (an indirect export exists where products or services have reached the USA without this having been arranged by the insured parties).
